All our gloves are manufactured in our workshop in Pécs, Hungary. We build on more than 160 years of glove-making heritage while combining traditional craftsmanship with modern development and production solutions.
Cutting, sewing, quality control and product development all take place under one roof, allowing us to closely supervise every stage of the process.

We do not have a general minimum order quantity.
Our pricing is based on quantity tiers, allowing us to offer suitable solutions for both smaller and larger projects.
As order volumes increase, production costs can be distributed more efficiently, resulting in more favourable pricing. Our quantity tiers are designed to allow brands to grow gradually without large jumps between volume levels.
For long-term partnerships, certain development and support service costs may be partially or fully credited based on annual production volumes.
Production lead times depend primarily on order quantity, product complexity and material availability.
If the required materials are in stock, the typical production time for orders of up to several hundred pairs is 4–6 weeks.
If materials need to be ordered, leather delivery typically takes around 4 weeks, followed by an additional 4–6 weeks of production.
For smaller orders and urgent projects, expedited production may be available. In such cases, a 10% rush surcharge applies, and achievable lead times are agreed individually.
Production capacity may occasionally be affected by larger development projects, film and costume productions, or peak seasonal demand. For this reason, we recommend discussing expected requirements in advance whenever possible.
Every development project starts with understanding the product and the project requirements.
We review sketches, reference images, functional requirements, materials and cost targets, then work together to define the most suitable technical solutions.
When necessary, technical testing or mock-ups are created before we proceed with the final sample and the production documentation.
Development lead times depend on the complexity of the model, the information available and our current workload. For simpler projects, development and sample creation typically take 2–4 weeks.
If a project involves new technologies, specialised functionality or features that require testing, mock-ups or wear trials, the development process may take longer. In such cases, the timeline is defined together at the beginning of the project.
Our goal is not simply to create a sample, but to develop a solution that is technically feasible, manufacturable and aligned with the desired functionality, quality expectations and target cost.

Many projects begin with a reference image, a Pinterest photo or a simple concept.
We help define the appropriate materials, construction methods, technologies and manufacturing solutions to turn an idea into a real, production-ready product.

We regularly work on projects originally created for runway presentations, editorial shoots, film productions or one-off commissions.
Our role is to preserve the visual character of the design while finding technical solutions that make commercial production or retail distribution possible.
We respect our clients’ intellectual property and confidential information.
When required, we are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), and all documentation shared during development is used exclusively for the purposes of the specific project.
If a product has a manufacturing defect and can be repaired, the customer returns the product to our factory at their own expense. The repair is carried out at PGI’s expense, and the repaired product is then shipped back to the requested address at PGI’s cost.
If the defect cannot be repaired, a credit note is issued and applied to the value of a future order.
If the issue is not related to manufacturing but the product can be repaired, the repair and associated shipping costs will be invoiced to the customer.

A Digital Product Passport is a QR-code-based system that connects a physical product with digital information.
At present, the system includes material information, production details, product identification and care instructions.
Additional functionality can be added later based on the needs of each brand.
Our repair service helps extend the life of gloves and supports long-term product use.
The programme may include lining replacement, seam repairs, minor structural repairs and cleaning.
The service can be tailored to individual brands and can also be integrated with the Digital Product Passport system.
Every pair of gloves passes through a 4-point quality control process.
The main inspection stages are:
This process ensures that size, colour, construction and overall appearance meet the required quality standards. Our unique serial-number system also enables product traceability and supports continuous quality improvement.
